Hoq Service
Customers, their equipment and its due dates, jobs, quotes and invoices.
What it does
Hoq Service is for trades that look after equipment on a schedule: backflow testing, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, heating and cooling, and generators. Each unit keeps its fields, every test, service and repair, and the date it is next due. Customers are emailed before it comes due.
Leads come from your website form or a phone call. You quote one price or up to three options, the customer approves by typing their name, and the job goes on a board where you drag it onto a person and a time. Techs work their day from their phone with no signal, and the visit syncs when they are back in range.
QR tags on the equipment open a public page with the unit and its last results. A passed or failed backflow test makes the report for the address's water district, ready to email. Invoices carry a Pay button that takes cards on your own payment account through Hoq Funds, and every invoice and payment posts to double-entry books in the company file.
Each company is one file in your own Hoq Storage. Moving out is one zip: a units sheet that imports straight back, every record as CSV, and the books.
