Hoq Make
Custom orders from brief to proof to job ticket, approved by the customer online.
What it does
Make runs made-to-order work. A customer commissions a project. The project holds items, each built from a product type with its own spec form. Art for each item moves through numbered revisions.
When the art is ready you send a proof. The customer opens a link with no account, sees one revision per item, pins notes on the art, and approves or asks for changes. Approval is recorded against the exact files they saw, in a hash-chained log.
An approved project becomes a production run. The run pins the approved revisions and prints a job ticket as a PDF. Your own staff work it from the console, or you hand an outside maker a vendor link that shows the ticket and lets them mark it started and done.

Specifications
| Where a workspace lives | One document per workspace in the owner's Hoq Storage drive. Art files sit beside it as ordinary files in Make/<workspace>/art/. |
|---|---|
| Customer access | A proof link at /p/{token}. No account, no cookies needed. |
| Outside makers | A vendor link at /r/{token} shows the job ticket and takes start and finish. |
| Approval record | Each approval is a hash-chained event that stores the SHA-256 of every file approved. A chain check verifies it later. |
| Proofs and tickets | One template each for the web page and the PDF, so the PDF matches what the customer saw. |
| Product types | Built-in templates for laces, stickers and a generic item, plus your own types with required and conditional fields. |
| Project stages | Brief, design, proofing, approved, in production, done, plus on hold, cancelled and archived. |
| Your own hostname | Proof and vendor pages can be served on a shop's own domain after a DNS TXT check. |

| Feedback pins | Lets the customer pin a note on the art, and you reply and resolve it. |
| Send a proof | Composes one revision per item and sends a link; sending freezes it. | |
| Approve or request changes | The customer approves or asks for changes on the proof page. | |
| Rotate or revoke a link | Issues a new proof link or shuts the old one. | |
