What it does
Hoq Commerce takes the orders, payments and refunds from every place you sell and keeps them in one sales ledger. It reads Square, Hoq Shop, Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify, and eBay through Hoq Sell.
Each channel order becomes one sale, however many times the channel sends it. A refund is recorded on the day it was given, so a day you already counted never changes. Every notice is kept exactly as it arrived and can be replayed after a fix.
Paid orders with something to post go to Hoq Logistics, and tracking goes back to the channel it came from. Orders with kitchen work go to Hoq KDS.
Reports show takings, what sold, the drawer and the day hour by hour, by shop and channel, in whole cents on your own clock. Sales, lines and refunds download as spreadsheets.
